Several software tools are offered independently for specific
applications:
- MASsoft for comprehensive mass spectrometer control, data
acquisition and display
- Compatible with Win9x, Win 2000, Win NT, Win ME, WinXP
- New Matrix inversion application featuring automatic mass
spectrometer calibration including spectral deconvolution for
complex gas mixtures with spectral overlaps.
- SPCsoft for automated statistical process control including
automatic data harvesting from multiple analysers with data
reduction to standard SPC formats.
- Data import/export capability with NIST mass spectral database.
- TPD/TPR/TPO automated analysis software for catalyst characterisation,
including integration of peak areas combined with UMIST method
algorithms for metal surface area, rate measurements and activation
energies of adsorption.
- SIMS elemental mapping software for SIMS imaging applications.
